- Invoices are itemized by deliverable and dated within your grant’s eligible period, to support your reimbursement request.
- No ineligible items on our invoices (equipment purchases, food, props).
Whether a cost is eligible is decided by Virginia Tourism Corporation under your grant’s terms. Please confirm with VTC before committing grant funds. HAI is an independent studio and is not affiliated with VTC.
