Payments
How payment works with HAI
Every project is custom-priced. You approve a written quote first, then pay a deposit through a secure invoice. Production starts once the deposit is received, and the balance is due before final files are delivered.
- Request a proposalTell us about your project through the proposal form, by phone or by email.
- Approve your quoteWe send a written quote with scope, deliverables, schedule and price. Nothing is billed until you approve it.
- Receive a secure invoiceYour deposit invoice arrives by email from HAI Studios & Marketing with a secure payment link.
- Pay the depositPay by ACH bank transfer from your checking account through the secure invoice link. Production begins once the deposit is received.
- Production and reviewYou review the cuts and request the revisions included in your quote.
- Pay the balanceThe remaining balance is invoiced at final approval. Final files are delivered once it is paid.
Payment policy
All payments to HAI Studios & Marketing are made from a checking account by secure ACH bank transfer, unless HAI Studios & Marketing expressly authorizes another payment method in writing.
You enter your bank details yourself, securely, on the Stripe payment page linked in your invoice. HAI does not see or store your full account number.
We will never ask for your routing or account number by email, text or phone.
Good to know
- There is no public checkout. Every invoice matches a quote you approved.
- Invoices come from HAI Studios & Marketing, operated by YES Wholesale LLC.
- Deposit and payment terms are written into each quote.

Protect yourself
HAI never asks for routing numbers, account numbers or card numbers by phone, text or email.
Pay only through the secure payment link inside an invoice you were expecting. If anything looks unusual, call us at 804-536-4000 before paying.
Once your project is approved, HAI Studios & Marketing will send you a secure Stripe invoice. Payments are made directly through the invoice link using your checking account (ACH), unless another payment method has been authorized by HAI in writing.
